Tariff information
Deposit and cancellation terms:
50% deposit at booking, the balance plus a $400 refundable cleaning bond is payable 7 days prior to arrival.
You may pay via EFT bank transfer directly into our bank account or secure payments via
using a PayPal account or credit card. (Please note a service fee is added when using PayPal facility) All information required will be sent in reply to any Booking Enquiries.
Deposit will only be refunded if accommodation can be re-booked.
Min Stay: 2 nights, Max Stay: 59 nights, Property sleeps: 5 (2 adults 3 kids), Number of beds: 4 (1 queen 3 singles)
Public Holiday and long weekends must be booked for the period of the holiday
i.e. long weekends 3 night minimum stay, Easter & Melb Cup W/E 4 nights min.
Christmas Period (26th December-26th January) 5 night Minimum booking prior to 1st December (after this date we may accept 2-4 day bookings)

Summer rate(non-holiday period): November - April
$1100 week (7 nights)
$400 weekend (Friday,Saturday nights)
$150/night mid-week (Sunday-Thursday nights)
Additional adults $30 extra per night
Summer School Holiday, Easter, V8's and Moto GP rate:
$1250 week (7 nights)
$450 weekend (Friday,Saturday nights)
$165/night mid-week (Sunday-Thursday nights)
Additional adults $30 extra per night
Winter rate Non School/Public Holiday, May - October:
$900 week (7 nights)
$350 weekend (Friday,Saturday nights)
$145/night mid-week (Sunday-Thursday nights)
Additional adults $30 extra per night
Winter rate School/Public Holiday, May - October:
$1000 week (7 nights)
$360 weekend (Friday,Saturday nights)
$155/night mid-week (Sunday-Thursday nights)
Additional adults $30 extra per night
